OUR STRATEGY
Our main strategy is “Service after the sale”. Meaning that if there are any issues with your insurance we would like you to give us a call so we can figure it out together. We would rather have you call us to help answer your question than have you sitting on hold with the insurance companies. Outlined below is our business strategy, if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to call.

Before Medicare Open Enrollment
Medicare open enrollment starts on October 15th of each year. Starting in September, we reach out to clients via phone and email to ensure we have all of the information we need to make a decision during the annual enrollment period. This is a crucial step in our business plan as it helps us determine if we need to switch or keep you on the same insurance.

October 15th – December 7th
During this time you can expect a phone call from us or perhaps we scheduled one already! This is the time of year that you can switch your insurance plan however, if you do not want to switch then you don’t have to do anything. If you do decide to switch plans then your new insurance will start on Jan 1 of the following year. Don’t worry though you might have one more chance to switch if we need to!

January 1st – March 31st
Not many people know about the Medicare Advantage Disenrollment Period. During this time of year if you have a Medicare Advantage plan you may switch your plan and join a Medicare Supplement with Drug Coverage or to another Medicare Advantage plan. However, you may only switch one time as required by law. Contact us for more details.

April – August
During this time of year we reach out to other industries; for example, CPA’s, Financial Advisors, Real Estate Agents. We do this in order to offer recommendations to individuals who may be in need of those services.
